Pretty good
This is a good app. It would be better if it notified you when you can sit down again. It does a countdown, but if you arent looking at your phone you dont realize the time is up.

After one day, I am loving this app. Working at a switchboard and sitting all day, it is great to be reminded to get up and stand.
